What's included

Four visits, every year

Each visit is scheduled automatically — you don't have to remember to call.

Spring Start-Up

March – April

We bring your system out of winter dormancy — pressurize lines, test every zone, adjust heads, and confirm coverage before the growing season begins.

  • Pressurize and inspect all zones
  • Test and adjust sprinkler heads
  • Check controller programming
  • Inspect backflow preventer
  • Note any repairs needed

Summer Check

June – July

Mid-season inspection to catch issues before they become expensive — clogged heads, dry spots, controller drift, and heat-related wear.

  • Full zone run-through
  • Adjust for summer watering schedule
  • Clear clogged or tilted heads
  • Check for dry spots or runoff
  • Verify controller settings

Fall Inspection

September – October

Pre-winter audit of the full system. We identify any damage from the season and make sure everything is ready for a clean shutdown.

  • Full system inspection
  • Document any damage or wear
  • Adjust fall watering schedule
  • Flag repairs before freeze season
  • Confirm winterization date

Winter Shutdown

November – December

We blow out all lines with compressed air to prevent freeze damage — the most critical service of the year for Georgia's unpredictable winters.

  • Compressed air blow-out of all zones
  • Shut off main irrigation valve
  • Drain and protect backflow preventer
  • Power down controller
  • Leave system ready for spring start-up

Questions

Common questions

What counties do you serve?

We serve Henry, Spalding, and Butts County as our primary service area, with availability in Clayton, Rockdale, Pike, Fayette, and Fulton counties.

When does billing start?

Billing begins when we confirm your enrollment — not when you join the waitlist. We'll walk you through everything before your first visit.

Can I switch from annual to quarterly later?

Yes. Just let us know before your next billing cycle and we'll adjust your plan.

What if I need a repair during the year?

Care Club visits include inspection and adjustment. Any repairs identified are quoted separately — we'll never do repair work without your approval first.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Annual members are billed once per year; quarterly members can cancel before the next quarter with notice.
